lamasin ang lutong kanin...pwede ren ang bigas ..matagal lang po itong iluto..
How to make burong mustasa ..
Ibilad ang 1 kilong sariwang mustasa..linis at ilatag sa bilao ..patuyuin sa araw ..maghapon lang okay na..
pakuluan ang lutong bigas sa tubig 5 to 6 cups ayon sa dami ng inyong mustasa..
salain ang kanin na nilaga..kunin lang natin ang rice milk o yung Am na tinatawag..
Maghanda ng isang container plastic o garapon na kasya ang inyong ibuburo..wag gumamit ng lata ,kinakalawang po ito..
linisin ang pinatuyong mustasa alisoin ang sira na dahon..wag nyo itong huhugasan kapag pinatuyo na.. at isalansan ng maayos sa loob ng lalagyan..
budbudan ng asin mga isang kutsara...pwedeng maglagay ng bawang depende sa may gusto..
ibuhos ang rice milk..ito po ay dapat pinalamig na at hindi mainit na sabaw..punuin ang lalagyan ..at lunurin ang mustasa..then takpan at itago sa lugar na tamang temperatura na init ..tulad sa sulok ng inyong kusina..wag ilalagay sa ref....
ganyan po ang nabuhos na rice milk at mustasa...
mga 5 days ay makakain nyo na ang buro..kapag lumampas pa ito sa limang araw aasim ito at magiging para ng suka..
eto na po iyong gawang burong mustasa
pwede ng kainin o ihalo sa mga lutuing ulam..pang paasim o sahog sa anumang lutuin..at masarap na salad den po ito..

How to cook Ebi Fry? okay i am going to share with you how i make ebi fry..
Ebi fry is a Japanese type of dish,breaded and deep fried ..It's served with tartar sauce or Japanese Tonkatsu sauce called Bulldog sauce and eaten with finely shredded cabbage and variety of vegetables....Ebi Fry is Popular in Japan .
I learned the recipes of Ebi fry from my mother in-law,and i became expert to cook Japanese food by doing the everyday meal for my kids and husband..getting tips and techniques from magazines and television..And soon i developed cooking Japanese food. and with or without recipes,i can cook many types of Japanese food..the hardest things in Japanese recipes some are time consuming and some are hand effort ..like miso paste ,no one makes miso at home,they usually buy on the supermarket..he he he..anyway..lets get start cooking ebi fry
Luweeh's Ebi Fry(shrimp prawn)..Japanese Food
Ingredients are..
I used 5 large size Shrimps..it cost 400 pesos in the Philippines..half kilo of it
Bread crumbs..
Some flour..i used tempura mixed powder
1 or 2 egs
black pepper
a cooking oil..i used soya oil.

bread crumbs
all purpose flour or tempura mixed powder
clean the shrimps and remove the shell skin..remove the head if you want
remove the dirt inside ,the nerve or intestine ,how you call it i don't know.. use a toothpick while doing this..you can see it at the back part of the shrimps
cut the some legs
strengthen the shrimps as much as possible..give a little cut to the meat
like this
wipe with kitchen towel to dry the shrimps..
beat 2 eggs in separate bowl..flour and bread crumbs in separate plates too..
first dip the shrimps in egg then next the flour ..
do it this way.. ..egg ,flour and egg again..
and last coat with bread crumbs completely..leave the tail and the head..
just like this...wet shrimps would not stick the crumbs properly,,so make sure you wipe the shrimps very well.
heat the oil,and place the breaded shrimps..
check the shrimps by turning it over ..
cook well until you reach the golden crispy color...when they're done..drain in paper towel..
And then serve in your favorite plate..and add some vegetables or salad..to look more yummy and healthy
serve and eat with tartar sauce..

Shredded cabbage ..with some mix vegetables ,depends on your taste
some Japanese use Tonkatsu sauce called bulldog sauce instead of tartar sauce..the reason is very convenient to use..

HOW TO MAKE TARTAR SAUCE..Video making tutorial...
Sino ang ayaw ng ampalaya dahil sa pait na taglay nito,bihira ang bata na kumakain nito,kahit na nga matatanda di basta makakain ng lutong ampalaya kung hindi ito dadayain sa timpla.
Ang iba kundi ibabad sa tubig na may asin ay nilalamas ng asin o pinipiga pa sa tubig para lang maalis ang pait..at manipis pa na hiwa..
Para sa akin nasaan pa po ang silbi ng sustansya ng ampalaya kung ito ay aalisin ang tunay na katas..ang beer nga mapait bakit naiinom ng lasenggo ..joke lang...Hindi na naten kasalanan kung may taong di sanay sa mapapait na gulay..
Ang pagluluto ko sa ampalaya ay hindi ko inaalis ang ang tunay nitong lasa..dahil ayaw kong maalis ang tunay nitong sustansya..
Narito ang paggawa ko ng ginisang ampalaya na may sardinas in canned..
Ampalaya sa sardinas..half cooked veggies without squeezing of its juices just to get benefits on the enzymes of the ampalaya..the bitter is the better....

Mga Sangkap ...
1 large size Ampalaya( Bitter Cucumber )or depende sa dami ng lulutuin nyo..
1 canned Sardines in tomato sauce 425 g ..Philippines product po ito.
1 to 2 medium size of onion..
half clove of garlic
3 medium size of tomatoes
Black pepper
1/2 tbsp of soy sauce..
a pinch of sili powder or cayenne pepper..good for allergy..
5 small size kalamansi or half of lemon..
olive oil...or any cooking oil you have there..
buksan ang delatang sardinas ..at ihanda ang mga isasahog..
hiwain at alisin ang nasa gitna ng ampalaya..
ganito ang dapat na mangyare sa ampalaya
gayating ng pino o nipis ayun sa gusto nyo..hindi ko ito ppigain o huhugasan sa asin..
PAGLULUTO..................
Procedure is easy..
Katulad ng lahat ng ginagawa ng Filipino sa paggigisa ,may iba iba lang arte o teknik minsan kaya naiiba pa ren ang lasa kahit iisa ang ingredients..nasa timing at focus ang pagluluto kaya ang lasa ng luto ng tao ay nagiging iba..
Mag lagay ng oil sa frying fan..at igisa ang mga sahog..mula sa bawang,sibuyas ,at kamatis..
kapag nakapaggisa na..ihulog ang binuksan na sardinas na delata..
timplahan ng sin toyo o paminta ayun sa gusto nyo...
1/2 cup of water..at palambutin ng konte ang gulay..if possible half cook po..
ayan takpan at konteng kulo lang luto na sya...
at wag kalimutan lagyan o pigaan ng kalamansi mga 5 piraso..alisin nyo ang buto..kase nailagay ko ng kasama ehh..
ayan cooked na..at ready to serve na..
ready to eat na...yummy healthy pa...
