Macaroni Salad..Pinoy Style

  Kapag sinabing macaroni salad ng Pinas ,siguradong ito ay isang uri na ng desserts na halos makikita sa mga ibat ibang okasyon o handaan..ito ay maluhong pagkain sa dahilang mahal ang mga sangkap nito..
  Masarap ang lasa nito ,dahil ito ay fruity ..Kaso kapag lamon ang kain na ginawa mo dito ..ito po ay nakakataba dahil puno po ito ng mayonaise..alam nating lahat mayonaise is not part of healthy diet so dapat eat in proper amount lang po.....
  Ang Macaroni salad naman ng Japan ay talagang gulay na pangsalad lang at hindi lasang desserts..

Macaroni Salad Pinoy Style

Macaroni Salad ng Pilipinas
Mga Sangkap ng macaroni Salad...

Gagamit ako ng 1/2 kilo ng macaroni na pangsalad..however any macaroni is okay..
Mayonaise in bottle Jar..amount is depends on your taste
1 canned pineapple chunks..almost 2 cups po ito
1 cup california Raisins..
1 cup sliced into cubes..Cheese
1 or 2 medium size red bell pepper or Paprika
1 small size onion ,chopped at binabad sa asin na may malamig na tubig or may yelo....pigain po sya dapat bago ihalo sa mga sangkap....paara di malasahan sa takot sa sibuyas..tips lang po ito.

Palambutin sa kasirolang may tubig ang macaroni..budbudan ng mga 1 tsp of salt...kapag malambot na ang macaroni ..gumamit ng salaan at ibuhos sa malamig na tubig at haluin ng kamay at ilipat uli sa ibang lalagyan ng sinasala sa strainer..kailangang hindi matubig ang pasta macaroni..

wala lang trip lang namin ito..buong pinya biniyak ng paganito at inukit sa gitna ..inalis at  laman
Gagamitin ko itong lalagyan ng macaroni salad...cute po itong iserve sa mga sa handaan ..then set aside muna ito.. 

Ukitin at kunin ang laman ng pinya...gagawin itong bowl ng salad..
ihanda ang mixing bowl or any lalagyan na okay para sa macaroni ninyo..

isunod ang manok na flakes (laga na syempre) na paborito ng Filipino..na ako naman ay hindi mahilig he he he...hipon or scallop ang type ko po dito..kaso my family likes the original recipes..so talo ako lol..

then add the raisins..mix it well

follow the red bell pepper,haluin uli syempre..

at ang pinigang onion at pinya...paghalu haluing mabuti...
idagdag ang keso ..



And there they are..okay na ang Macaroni Salad..ready to eat na..serve with your favorite lalagyan..and drink plenty of water or mas okay ang green tea..warm po not cold....+.=

How To make "BURONG MUSTASA"

Pickled Mustard Green..

Burong Mustasa
Ingredients...

1 kilo of Fresh Mustard Green or Gulay na mustasa ..
2 cups rice cooked
5 to 6 cups of water or more
salt
Any container or bottle jar ..para sa lalagyan ng buburuhan..

1 kilo fresh mustasa

lamasin ang lutong kanin...pwede ren ang bigas ..matagal lang po itong iluto..


How to make burong mustasa ..

Ibilad ang 1 kilong sariwang mustasa..linis at ilatag sa bilao ..patuyuin sa araw  ..maghapon lang okay na..

pakuluan ang lutong bigas sa tubig 5 to 6 cups ayon sa dami ng inyong mustasa..

salain ang kanin na nilaga..kunin lang natin ang rice milk o yung Am na tinatawag..

Maghanda ng isang container plastic o garapon na kasya ang inyong ibuburo..wag gumamit ng lata ,kinakalawang po ito..

linisin ang pinatuyong mustasa alisoin ang sira na dahon..wag nyo itong huhugasan kapag pinatuyo na.. at isalansan ng maayos sa loob ng lalagyan..

budbudan ng asin mga isang kutsara...pwedeng maglagay ng bawang  depende sa may gusto..

ibuhos ang rice milk..ito po ay dapat pinalamig na at hindi mainit na sabaw..punuin ang lalagyan ..at lunurin ang mustasa..then takpan at itago sa lugar na tamang temperatura na init ..tulad sa sulok ng inyong kusina..wag ilalagay sa ref....

ganyan po ang nabuhos na rice milk at mustasa...

mga 5 days ay makakain nyo na ang buro..kapag lumampas pa ito sa limang araw aasim ito  at magiging para ng suka..


eto na po iyong gawang burong mustasa

pwede ng kainin o ihalo sa mga lutuing ulam..pang paasim o sahog sa  anumang lutuin..at masarap na salad  den po ito..

ilagay sa isang garapon kung gusto itong itago sa ref...ayan ready to eat na..HOMEMADE BURONG MUSTASA..

Japanese Ebi Fry..Shrimp Prawn..

How to cook Ebi Fry? okay i am going to share with you how i make ebi fry..

Ebi fry is a Japanese type of dish,breaded and deep fried ..It's served with tartar sauce or Japanese Tonkatsu sauce called Bulldog sauce and eaten with finely shredded cabbage and variety of vegetables....Ebi Fry is Popular in Japan .
I learned the recipes of  Ebi fry from my mother in-law,and i became expert to cook Japanese food by doing the everyday meal for my kids and husband..getting tips and techniques from magazines and television..And soon i developed cooking Japanese food. and with or without recipes,i can cook many types of Japanese food..the hardest things in Japanese recipes some are time consuming and some are hand effort ..like miso paste ,no one makes miso at home,they usually buy on the supermarket..he he he..anyway..lets get start cooking ebi fry

Luweeh's Ebi Fry(shrimp prawn)..Japanese Food


Ingredients are..
I used 5 large size Shrimps..it cost 400 pesos in the Philippines..half kilo of it
Bread crumbs..
Some flour..i used tempura mixed powder
1 or 2 egs
black pepper
a cooking oil..i used soya oil.

all purpose flour or tempura mixed powder


clean the shrimps and remove the shell skin..remove the  head if you want

remove the dirt inside ,the nerve or intestine ,how you call it i don't know.. use a toothpick while doing this..you can see it at the  back part of the shrimps

cut the some legs 

strengthen the shrimps as much as possible..give a little cut to the meat

wipe with kitchen towel to dry the shrimps..

beat 2 eggs in separate bowl..flour and bread crumbs in separate plates too..

first dip the shrimps in egg then next the flour ..

do it this way.. ..egg ,flour and egg again..

and last coat with bread crumbs completely..leave the tail and the head..

just like this...wet shrimps would not stick the crumbs properly,,so make sure you  wipe the shrimps very well.

heat the oil,and place the breaded shrimps..

check the shrimps by turning it over ..

cook well until you reach the golden crispy color...when they're done..drain in paper towel.. 

And then serve in your favorite plate..and add some vegetables or salad..to look more yummy and healthy

serve and eat with tartar sauce..

For the side dish and sauce..
You need tartar sauce..i made my own..look for the recipes of this..
Shredded cabbage ..with some mix vegetables ,depends on your taste
some Japanese use Tonkatsu sauce called bulldog sauce instead of tartar sauce..the reason is very convenient to use..
