Toasted Bread with Avocado Salmon and wasabi

hi mga pipol...want some healthy diet meal para sa meryenda or breakfast ...try my recipe..
yummy na at healthy talaga bagay na bagay sa mga nag iingat sa figure dahil ito ay puro gulay at konte lang ang carbo...sabayan nyo pa ng oatmeal or healthy smoothies mas swak na swak..


Here is the ingrediends..
3 sliced of loaf of bread..any bread is okay but i suggest wheat bread.
You need fresh Salmon..tantchahin nyo ang dami sa isang tao..
Avocado ..isang buo na tamang laki para sa isang katao.
wasabi
pasta sauce or fresh tomato
garlic powder
olive oil
broccoli sprout
cottage cheese
black pepper
olive pickled fruit
red wine vinegar
cucumber


before simulan slice the salmon and cook with olive oil with pinch black pepper and sprinkled with some garlic powder...then set aside if naluto na..



Step one..
toast the bread with applying a little olive oil mix with garlic powder..

kapag toasted na...ang sliced salmon ,avocado,pipino,oilve fruits,sprout,sauce ay iready para ipatong sa inyong toasted bread..


now...ipatong naten isa isa ang sangkap ..kahit alin iuna nyo nasa sa inyo...my style is here..i started with cucumber
