Diet Spaghetti Sardines

Ito ay hindi isang ordinaryong pasta dahil sa mga sangkap nito , maganda sa katawan ito sapagkat ito ay low carb ,high in protein ..high in fiber............
no cholesterol ....and many to mention..

So napakaganda po sa nag daDIET...be a figure conscious NOW!!!!!






Sa mahihilig kumain ng pasta ingat po ,ang ordinaryong  pasta provides carbo hydrates na nakakalaki ng tyan o nakakapag pa bilbil..maliban na lang you eat with balance at moderation...subalit ang pasta kong gagamitin ay WHEAT FLOUR made pasta po ..kaya okay na okay ..so go na tayo dito..digestive food ito so  no worry sa belly fat..Fiber food  helping to maintain our regular vowel movement.


for one person po ang dami nito subalit gagawen nating for 2 head..

At sardinas sa tomato ay alam den naten puno ng vitamina bukod sa brain food ang sardinas dahil sila ay may omega3-fatty acid at DHA..my calcium at protina ren para sa nagpapa muscle building.



before we cook,we break the fish into small pieces or mince it..let us also remove the blood and intestine  on it...i cannot eat that..lol

Cut salt out of your diet..use cayenne pepper and basil for spices..


Spinach is also low in calories and high in vitamins..like beta- carotene,iron,fiber,calcium,protein,
and Poppeye`s  recommendation..to strengthened muscles.

  HOW TO MAKE...
Just saute the garlic in hot frying pan with oil,together with the onion...then in a few minutes you can put all the 5 pieces cut spinach...wait them to cook in a minute then add your minced sardines mix them well......and wait to cook another minutes then add the boiled or cooked pasta...mix them well..spice them with cayenne and basil ..according to your taste............and almost done

ready to serve and enjoy...

How to make Home made egg "PENOY"


Balot Penoy..penoy balot bili na kayo.....yan ang karaniwang  maririnig nyo sa pilipinas...Pagkaing pinoy ....Ang idea kong ito ay para sa tamad maglaga at syempre walang penoy sa Japan ha..!!

Sino mahilig sa itlog na nilaga?  Ako isa sa matakaw sa itlog,kaso ingat lng po sa pagkain ng sobra,yung pula ng itlog ay mataas ang cholesterol....siguro more than 2 egss a day ay sapat na ,kung gusto ninyong  kainin pati yung yolk..
Sa mga bodybuilder halos yung puti lang ang kinukuha nila dahil mataas daw sa protina..raw egg  pa nga eh ..

So ang pagkain ng Penoy ay di kayo dapat sosobra , .ang penoy ay  masarap at malinamnam kesa sa  nilaga  yung pula ng penoy kase creamy ...ang totoong penoy ay may dalawang klase ...yung masabaw at yung matigas yung puti..kinakain ito na may budbod na konteng asen..

Kaya ko naman po nasabi na Homade penoy ito...kase halos haweg po ang lasa niya ..
Iyan po yung nadiskubre ko ng minsang tinamad ako maglaga ng itlog almost ten years ago na yon..nang ako ay magsasaing na sa rice cooker naisipan ko ilagay ang ilang hilaw na itlog doon kasama ng ng hilaw na bigas...

Nang sya po ay maluto ,yung unang nakain ko ay ay lasang nilagang itlog lang sya...yung natirang itlog sa rice cooker na di ko nakain at nahayaan ko ng ilang araw na nababad sa loob ng mainit na rice cooker kasama ng kanin..syempre po ang kanin kahit naluto na di pinapatay ang switch nito..kaya lageng mainit ang kanin,so siguro yung itlog na nababad doon nag iba ang lasa nya...nagutla ako ng ikatlong araw o ilang araw man ...ang lasa ng itlog na to sa rice cooker ay lasang penoy talaga....nakakatawa pero totoo,subukan nyo ..

Coffee Addiction..Let us make Alternative for coffee

if you cannot avoid coffee ,but want to live healthy try this..
Yup.,Hindi ito ang kapeng nakikita nyo sa bilihan,telebisyon o saan mang coffee shop.,ito po ay isang uri ng bigas, ito ay aking nakagisnan na noong ako ay bata pa sa aking magulang....nakikita ko ang aking ina tuwing umaga na nagbubusa sa kawali ng bigas ,yung puting bigas na ating kilala.. ..wala pa akong alam na may ibat ibang uri pa pala ng bigas ....so ganun na nga,pag kabusa noong bigas medyo roasted brown na sya,nilalaga iyon at sinasala sa katya ...so may kape na kami kasama ang pandesal...muffin siguro sa ingles ..

Noong bata ako nainom pa ako ng kape at my gatas na malapot pa itong hinahalo..yong condensed milk kung tawagin...kung sa ngayon iisipin sa dami ko ng nalaman sa mga bagay tungkol sa kalusugan at tamang pagkain para sa ikabubuti ng ating katawan at panatilhin ang ating timbang ng di sobra o kulang..ibig kong sabihin sa mga figure conscious at health conscious person.

Gusto ko ng uminom ng Kape..pero pag sobra di naman maganda..At hindi na ko nagkakape..
Ngayon ko lang umaga naalala ang kapeng niluluto ng aking magulang ...ang sabi ko bakit di ko subukan itong gawen ngayon...bago ko po ito gawen nagsearch muna ko kung may benefit ang rice coffee..At  hindi po ako nagkakamli..sa Pilipinas yata nagmula ang Kapeng Bigas noong panahon ng Giyera..ha ha ha....nakakatawa ano..siguro sa hirap den ng buhay noon kaya bigas ang kapalit ng kape noon..,kung mahirap ka di basta makakabili lage ng kape lalo na nga at organic o imported... mahal ang mga kape...mentras mahal daw masarap....ang gusto ko lang naman sabihin dito para sa akin hindi sa sarap kundi sa sustansya at kung makakatulong ito sa kalusugan o kayo ba para lang ba masarapan ang bibig?

okay nasa sa sa inyo saan kayo masaya..So doon para sa mahilig mag diet pero gusto uminom ng kape ...try nyo po ito....ang bigas konteng busa lang may kape ka na....pwede reng ...maging Rice Tea...if possible no cream no sugar unless you use honey or any healthy sweetener

Ang Red Rice ang magandang gaweng Rice Coffee. But i am using now  the "BLACK RICE"
Sa palagay ko ngayon lang ako nakakita ng itim na bigas ..dito po sa Japan,kung wala kayong makita kahit yung red rice na lang...i don`t suggest white rice ,pero pwede ren naman ito..mas healthy lang kase ang red and black rice..

Iinit nyo lang ang kawali at ibusa ang bigas..hanggang matoasted sya..mararamdaman nyo namang tostado na sya ,at maaamoy nyo na medyo amoy popcorn..ingat lang kayo baka mapaso mainit po ang kawali..napaso kase ko..
Ngayon palamigin nyo ang toasted rice nyo..at ilagay sa isang sheets .like tea bag or coffee bag..pwede reng salain nyo na lang o katsa..wait na lang for my video tutorial di ko pa maupload.

At pag nabusa nyo na..ilaga nyo ito sa kumukulong tubig..i used alkaline water..nasa sa inyo kahit anong tubig ,.basta malinis ha!...pag kumulo na at nakita nyo na kulay kape na ang kumulong tubig nyo..hanguin sa init..
at ilipat sa isang lalagyan like tea pot or glass coffee pot..na alam nyong pwede ang mainit na tubig,kase baka pumutok o mabasag..


Then you can ready to enjoy your healthy diet coffee..and according to your taste..you can add honey ,milk,cream,coconut milk,or soy milk......or can drink alone without putting anything..just only the hot rice coffee..it taste like a tea...

Sweet and Sour Oyster broccoli

 eating oyster improve sexual drive.

Do you like oyster?raw or cooked,yes it is a unique sea food and  i heard this from a Japanese ..i thought it was a joke but i searched it in the web....that eating oyster improve sexual drive..

that`s  crazy ,maybe it is true .oyster gives us many important nutrient ,it is healthy  with high levels of brain and heart boosting omega-3 fatty acids and enough zinc.
Actually i never liked the taste of oyster ,the first time i remembered i suddenly liked oyster ..when i tried the fried oyster here in Japan.called Kaki fry..kaki is oyster in niponggo..it is a deep fry food,coated with bread crumbs ..called croquette ..i think deep fry food is not healthy so i do not eat as possible as i can..


Now i love eating oyster and i cook my own menu ..to make more healthier..i have new recipe today


Ingredients...
broccoli
fresh oyster
apple vinegar
garlic
olive oil
cayenne pepper
honey


How to cook...
  First heat your frying pan,add olive oil maybe around 3 spoon...saute your minced garlic..more garlic more nutrients too..i used one clove of garlic..when you think garlic is okay ..we can now add the broccoli ...saute them together ,make broccoli half cook..and add the fresh oyster ....while sauteing them put 2 tbsp of apple vinegar ,a pinch of black pepper ..you can add soy sauce or any spices like salt according to your taste...
since this recipe is just my idea..and i want more healthy eating than to make a delicious eating..
i don`t put salt or soy sauce...as always i am doing.i like to add cayenne pepper in all my recipe .

while sauteing them,to make a sweet sour taste i put one spoon of honey...that`s all..
when they`re done you now ready to serve and ready for a healthy dinner ..enjoy!!!!!!!!!

Protein ,No Beef "BURGER"

100 % no beef ..but taste real burger/good for your diet
This food is good  for Muscle building and those who don`t eat animal meat like me.,you can also make a hamburger with this.just use whole wheat bread.....


 INGREDIENTS...
1 cup oatmeal..the plain one.
i small canned non oil tuna..you can use fresh fish also..just need hand effort
2 native egg/we don't use the red yolk
Olive oil/ just use any healthy oil..for diet concern
black pepper
cayenne pepper./{ optional.}..i don`t use salt ,but its up to you according. to your taste
and for side dish..anything you want ..lettuce.cucumber.tomato..but i prepared this time pickled Japanese cucumber ,parsley and sliced carrot ..

For the sauce....its also according to your taste..you can pour a catsup or barbeque or hamburger sauce.
you can make your own sauce or buy in your near grocery store....but for me i dont use any sauce or dressing...for a big reason...

HOW TO MAKE...

  i think it is easy just mix or combine them together..and blend them all the ingredients..you can use your hand...just make sure you wash them..then make a burger shape or use a spoon when ready to fry ..
 ..heat the olive oil in a frying pan then just let the burger fry until they cook well.. ..and if its done ,you then go and ready to serve ,so enjoy eating..
