Wanna try to make Heart "Leche Plan"

For Valentines day Recipe..Custard Pudding and Purin in Japanese..

Ingredients are..

5 Whole eggs
2 cups condensed milk
2 cups fresh milk
drop of vanilla
some orange zest 1/2 tsp
1 cup sugar for caramel

Preparation..

1..In a heat Frying Pan..pour 1 cup granulated sugar and caramelize it..in a low heat.
2. Pour the caramelized sugar into heart molds....
3.must steamer ready...in a bowl beat the 5 whole eggs..i don't separate the white and the yolk..
4.and in a mixing bowl,pour 2 cups fresh milk or evap milk
adding 2 cups condensed milk,orange zest.a drop of vanilla /optional
5.combine the beaten egg and the fresh milk mixture..you can blend it in blender or whisk by hand..
6.pour the batter mixture into heart mold , caramel glace should place first on molds
7..steam them for 40 to 6o minutes..then refrigerate an hour and enjoy
