No Deep Fry "Kamote Kyu" for Healthy Meryenda

Sweet potato snack..for healthy diet
This recipe is a non deep fry cooking of kamote..no sugar added,i used honey for sugar alternative...i never use refine sugar..or white sugar...and as possible as i can,i am avoiding all sugary product...if ever  i want some sweets or desert i usually make my own recipe..
source of protein ,fiber ,beta carotene and other nutrients.

Ingredients ..
raw sweet potato
pure honey..{cut sugar into your diet..}
olive oil
sesame seed


kamote is more healthier than potato....if you want to loose weight choose sweet potato than potato..

in small amount of oil..cook your kamote..cover it in a minute  to tender..
and add some honey to taste..


if theyre cooked ..sprinkle it with sesame seed...and serve in a plate..

Tomato Diet soup.



Anti aging soup and good for Diet
Lasang Sinigang na kamatis????

Yes,Sinigang sya,i just arranged the original menu of Sinigang.{Philipine famous dish ,with sour soup and variety of vegetables,can be added with fish,shrimps,pork chicken and beef}but since i don`t eat animal meat..puro sea food at gulay lang ang kilala ko.....lolz ~.^ funny no?Lasang sinigang kaya di kayo magsasawa ...
..Today ,trip ko ko kase ng tomato soup kaso ang lasa is sinigang...Alam naten ang tomato soup is an Italian recipe...so may cheese ang tomato soup.para syang ministrone...may konte reng beans at macaroni pasta...gusto ko medyo low calorie muna today,no cheese muna and macaroni... i want sinigang muna ,na taste in tomato soup...yeahhh ginagawa ko na ito matagal na..ngayon ko lang maiishare,pag ako nagsisigang lunod talaga sya sa kamatis at kailangan mapula yong soup nya...to make more benefits na ren sa tomato...


Maganda sa diet ang kamatis..at bukod pa sa maraming nutrients anti aging pa..say nyo?......
Since we know tomato is rich in vitamin,may anti aging benefits that protects our skin fom Uv rays,prevent ng wrinkle at our young age, ganda diba??,,................nakakapag reduce ng cholesterol level which is really good sa DIET........helps to lower higb blood pressure,maganda sa mga may edad ,may natural blood purifier ,at yung digestive system naten ay pinananatiling healthy..

at halos maraming katangian ang kamatis sa larangan ng ikabubuti ng kalusugan ng tao,eating it in fresh,yung sariwa ,in juice,sahog sa mga niluluto,mga salads, pwedeng meryenda,etc etc...
at ang isa sa paborito ko ang SINIGANG TOMATO SOUP..weird ba?  okay ano.sigarong magugustuhan nyo ang lasa..The best ang recipe na to...try nyo suggest ko to....

Lets start cooking na..
Ingredients you will need are........
Fresh Tomatoes...any types of tomato,...if no fresh,use canned tomato juice...gamit ko ren pag wala ko stock na fresh..
2 eggplant...o kaya any vegetable you have in the ref..labanos is good,sitaw ,okra ,gabi.kangkong,spinach...kahit ano basta kakainin nyo..
1 big onion chopped
small canned mackerel fish ..or any fresh fish...{but it is better if shrimps}wala ko stock eh ..
A piece of chopped Ginger...more gingger at maanghang is the better as your natural anti biotic food
Cayenne pepper.....is very good..i cannot eat with out this..
half cup of cooked Garbanzos....{optional} mas healthy at mas masarap kung meron nito..soshal no?
3 1/2 cups of mineral water or any clean water 
half cup of tomato juice...to make more tomato taste and texture

eggplant is  the only veggies i found in my ref...

i love beans or garbanzo

i am using tomato juice mix with vegetables..


Howto................

Cut eggplant into one bite pieces...chopped and mince ginger.....simple lang ang gagawen dito,boil mineral water in your casserole ,bring them to a boil while adding all the ingredients..

unahin nyo yung luya ,onion.........then yung fish in canned,or fresh fish...,isabay nyo na ren yung talong..wala naman kaseng palalambutin siguro 2 kulo lang yan ,basta lumambot lang yung talong ,theyre almost luto na...at timplahan nyo na lang according to your taste....ingat sa sobrang asin...
lagyan nyo ng konteng paminta at cayenne pepper..then lagay nyo sa bowl na at  ready to serve ..

HEALTHY BIKO.. {Rice Cake}

This recipe is for health conscious people.at para den sa lahat.
High -Fiber Diet Biko

Mahilig ba kayo sa kakanin??Alam naten pag sinabing kakanin ay matatamis at syempre nakakataba...may time talaga na.gusto nyong kumain ng rice cake o biko..pero nag aalala kayo sa tamis at bigat ng malagkit..pag di kayo nag ingat ng pagkain ng matatamis at mga mabibigat na pagkain...hindi kayo mamamayat at makakaiwas sa mga sakit like Dyabetis..

...Ako ay hindi mahilig sa matatamis pero tumitikim minsan,Ginawa ko lang ito para dito...isang cup na whole grain mix..parang ang dami na nga sa akin....wala kaseng kumakain dito ,mga hapon ang kids ko...pero kung sa amin sa pilipinas ito kulang ang isang plato..~.^ ..okay lang naman kung healthy ang mga sangkap na ginamit ..kahit bata na maliit .hindi mabigat sa tiyan..Dahil ngayon ang ginawa ko ay Digestive food..
kung ang isang slice ng biko ay may 100 calorie..kung mkaka 3 slice ka ,walang dayaan sa sukat is 300 calorie..kaya medyo hinay tayong kumain ng mga nabibiling kakanin...mas mabuti tayo ang gumawa ng makita naten ang sangkap...

okay whatever..Ang biko ay kilala sa Pilipinas, at pagkaing matamis at pagkaing mabigat sa tyan,at kung labis ang pagkain nito ay hindi ren maganda...alam naten ang rice cake ay isang malagkit na bigas[sticky rice] ..may puting asukal[refined sugar] at gatang ng niyog[coconut milk]...medyo mataas ang calorie at hindi basta natutunaw sa tyan..so kung gusto nyo kumain ng madami dami at madaling matunaw sa tiyan....subukan nyo itong recipe ko ,it is high-Fiber diet..and Fiber has good benefits for your heart ,weight and energy..

Lets start cooking..
Mga sangkap ay ang mga sumusunod...
1 cup..mix whole grain ,mix with cereal grain .{oat meal }pwede reng oatmeal at konteng malagkit..{ako iwas sa malagkit..depends on you kung gusto ng malgkit]
1/2 cup honey.
1 canned Coconut milk..gusto ko sana ang niyog kaso here in japan is wala..
Mineral water or any basta clean water.

Howto Cook...
the same method and procedure lang den po...naiba lang sa mga sangkap...
Isasaing nyo lang kasama ng ingredients...haluin lang mabuti....kasama ng tubig.coconut mik at honey....

2 cups water ..or more depends on rice amount


honey 1/2 cup


one can coconut milk



mix all the ingredients..blended them all...then cook in your rice cooker


in a minute it will be like this..inside the rice cooker

Silip silipin minsan..kailangan lang siyang haluin...at check yung tigas..
at pag luto na ang kanin nyo,medyo wag lutuin mabuti...kase hahaluin pa ito sa kawali ...doon iaayos yung lasa ..

After nyo haluin sa kawali...at pag medyo yung mantika ng coconut nkikita nyo na..pwede nyo ng hanguin..ilagay sa plato ng maayos at itabi muna sa refrigerator..para tumigas ng konte..o kumunat man lang..

Tasting time...bagay sa Hot green tea..
drink plenty of water.....

Now mayroon na kayong healthy BIKO....hindi mabigat sa tyan..safe pa sa sugar..dahil honey ang kapalit na nilagay ko...magastos pero ligtas naman ang health at pag da diet nyo...

subalit watch your calorie pa ren..in anyway you eat...and drink of plenty of water after your meal...1 slice for me is enough....di ako mahilig sa sweets kase..di bale kung mahal mo yung sweet hehehh ~.^
