Tomato Diet soup.



Anti aging soup and good for Diet
Lasang Sinigang na kamatis????

Yes,Sinigang sya,i just arranged the original menu of Sinigang.{Philipine famous dish ,with sour soup and variety of vegetables,can be added with fish,shrimps,pork chicken and beef}but since i don`t eat animal meat..puro sea food at gulay lang ang kilala ko.....lolz ~.^ funny no?Lasang sinigang kaya di kayo magsasawa ...
..Today ,trip ko ko kase ng tomato soup kaso ang lasa is sinigang...Alam naten ang tomato soup is an Italian recipe...so may cheese ang tomato soup.para syang ministrone...may konte reng beans at macaroni pasta...gusto ko medyo low calorie muna today,no cheese muna and macaroni... i want sinigang muna ,na taste in tomato soup...yeahhh ginagawa ko na ito matagal na..ngayon ko lang maiishare,pag ako nagsisigang lunod talaga sya sa kamatis at kailangan mapula yong soup nya...to make more benefits na ren sa tomato...


Maganda sa diet ang kamatis..at bukod pa sa maraming nutrients anti aging pa..say nyo?......
Since we know tomato is rich in vitamin,may anti aging benefits that protects our skin fom Uv rays,prevent ng wrinkle at our young age, ganda diba??,,................nakakapag reduce ng cholesterol level which is really good sa DIET........helps to lower higb blood pressure,maganda sa mga may edad ,may natural blood purifier ,at yung digestive system naten ay pinananatiling healthy..

at halos maraming katangian ang kamatis sa larangan ng ikabubuti ng kalusugan ng tao,eating it in fresh,yung sariwa ,in juice,sahog sa mga niluluto,mga salads, pwedeng meryenda,etc etc...
at ang isa sa paborito ko ang SINIGANG TOMATO SOUP..weird ba?  okay ano.sigarong magugustuhan nyo ang lasa..The best ang recipe na to...try nyo suggest ko to....

Lets start cooking na..
Ingredients you will need are........
Fresh Tomatoes...any types of tomato,...if no fresh,use canned tomato juice...gamit ko ren pag wala ko stock na fresh..
2 eggplant...o kaya any vegetable you have in the ref..labanos is good,sitaw ,okra ,gabi.kangkong,spinach...kahit ano basta kakainin nyo..
1 big onion chopped
small canned mackerel fish ..or any fresh fish...{but it is better if shrimps}wala ko stock eh ..
A piece of chopped Ginger...more gingger at maanghang is the better as your natural anti biotic food
Cayenne pepper.....is very good..i cannot eat with out this..
half cup of cooked Garbanzos....{optional} mas healthy at mas masarap kung meron nito..soshal no?
3 1/2 cups of mineral water or any clean water 
half cup of tomato juice...to make more tomato taste and texture

eggplant is  the only veggies i found in my ref...

i love beans or garbanzo

i am using tomato juice mix with vegetables..


Howto................

Cut eggplant into one bite pieces...chopped and mince ginger.....simple lang ang gagawen dito,boil mineral water in your casserole ,bring them to a boil while adding all the ingredients..

unahin nyo yung luya ,onion.........then yung fish in canned,or fresh fish...,isabay nyo na ren yung talong..wala naman kaseng palalambutin siguro 2 kulo lang yan ,basta lumambot lang yung talong ,theyre almost luto na...at timplahan nyo na lang according to your taste....ingat sa sobrang asin...
lagyan nyo ng konteng paminta at cayenne pepper..then lagay nyo sa bowl na at  ready to serve ..
