Yes..it is one of the most healthy food in the world..the RAW ALMOND...i know almost of us know almond..
At siguro naman mahilig kayo sa almond lalo pa na kalagay sa chocolate...kaso pag sobra di na mganda dahil ang chocolate ay matamis at maraming butter..so dapat eat with moderation..i love chocolate almond den but di ako ganoon kahilig..mas type ko siguro yung dark choco with acai berry at raisins or any berries basta berries na coated ng choco thats makes me crazy..and having it with hot green tea..perfect combination...
pero this time ikwento ko lang ang raw almond...if youre going to do a healthy diet or clean eating...im almost in 3 weeks na sa pag kain ng mga raw 85 percent im on raw food diet some cooked are salmon,white ng egg,boiled peanuts ,boiled sweet potato..and hot soup oatmeall..some sea food in salad at mga fish flakes....but bukod jan wala ko kinakain na cooked food even bread ,rice,pasta at lalo never kong kumain ng meatery food ..like pork beef etc....
so dahil minsan gusto naten ng junky junky thing na pagkain....i will share to all..how to make yummy and healthy almond snack ...with no cooking or roasting it..of course free sa salt...
you just need a RAW ALMOND...sa Pinas i know wala nyan jan...kung wala kahit kasoy o mani na lang kutkutin ko nyo..but sorry i never tried eating a raw peanut and raw cashew..
But anyway this raw almond na ginawa ko na ussually ginagawa ng mga taong raw food vegan diet..marami nyan sa web...
yung method is you blanch the raw almond..soak in water...just for an hours or one night...
at pwede nyo ng kainin...sobra ang sarap at di kayo magsisisi..very healthy na...source of protein pa ..maganda sa mga bodybuilders....
